Makawanpur/April 16 Police have arrested Kul Bahadur Waiba, 67, of Chhatiban VDC-9 on April 16 on charge of attempting to rape a woman on April 11. The accused was arrested after the victim filed a complaint at the local police post. INSEC Chitwan representative reports that a 44-year-old woman filed a complaint against her husband Lilanath Ghimire, 55, of Shivanagar VDC-5 on April 16.
