Land Captured during Conflict Returned after 12 Years | द्वन्द्वकालमा कब्जा गरिएको जग्गा १२ वर्षपछि फिर्ता |

रुकुम । वैशाख ३ गते तत्कालीन नेकपा माओवादीले १२ वर्षअघि कब्जा गरेको रुकुम खोलागाँउ गाविस-४ का गोपालप्रसाद शर्माको खोलागाउँ गाविस-९ मा रहेको १७ सय वर्ग मिटर जग्गा १२ वर्षपछि फिर्ता भएको छ । २०५८ सालमा माओवादीले शर्माको १७ सय वर्गमिटर जग्गा कब्जा गरि स्थानिय कार्यकर्ताहरू श्यामलाल दमाइलाई भोगचलन गर्न दिएका थिए । जिल्लास्तरका राजनीतिक पार्टीको सहजीकरणका साथै जग्गा धनी शर्मा र स्थानीय माओवादी कार्यकर्ता श्यामलाल दमाइबीच भएको छलफलका आधारमा जग्गा फिर्ता भएको नेपाली काङ्ग्रेस महाधिवेशन प्रतिनिधि खड्ग डाँगीले बताए । जग्गा भोगचलन गदै आएका श्यामलाल नेकपा-माओवादीका स्थानीय कार्यकर्ता हुन् । जग्गा फिर्ता पाएपछि ५९ वर्षीय गोपालप्रसाद शर्माले आफूले केही न्याय पाएको बताए । उनका दुवै आँखामा नेकपा माओवादीका कार्यकर्ताले तेजाव हालेका थिए । २०५५ पुस महिनाको एक साँझ खाना खाएर सुत्ने तयारी गरिरहेका शर्मालाई माओवादी कार्यकर्ताहरुले आँखामा तेजाव र मट्टितेल छर्केर आगो लगाएका थिए । घटनामा भागेर ज्यान बचाउन सफल भएका शर्मा घटनापछि आँखा देख्दैनन् । आदर्श केसी Rukum/ April 16 1700 square meter land at Khola Gaun VDC-9 belonging to Gopal Prasad Sharma, 59, of the same VDC-4, which was captured by the Maoist during the armed conflict has been returned after 12 years.
