The relay hunger strike started by a dissatisfied group affiliated to former district Chairperson of Solukhumbu, Angelu Sherpa on January 16 is still ongoing. The protesters have been demanding that the district convention of the party be revised claiming that it was not done lawfully the first time during 13th National Convention of the party. कांग्रेस सोलुखुम्बु कार्यसमितिको पुन: अधिवेशन हुनुपर्ने माग राख्दै असन्तुष्ट पक्षले पार्टी केन्द्रीय कार्यालय सानेपामा रिले अनशन जारी राखेका छन् । दस महिनाअघि भएको १३ औं महाधिवेशनका क्रममा जिल्ला अधिवेशन विधिवत् नभएको भन्दै जिल्लाका पूर्वपार्टी सभापति आङगेलु शेर्पा पक्षले माघ ३ देखि रिले अनशन थालेको हो ।
