According to Urlabari Area Police Office, Khagendra Bahadur Khadka, Muna had died at Amda Hospital in Damak, Jhapa on April 16. She was taken to the hospital by the family members who suspected that she had consumed poison.

Her post mortem was conducted at Koshi Zonal Hospital on April 17 and funeral was conducted on April 18.

Muna’s sister has filed a verbal complaint saying her sister was strangulated to death by Suman.

District Police Office’s DSP Deepak Pokharel said that they could not say about the cause of death until they get visera report.
