The bomb was found and disposed by Gorakh Bahadur Battalion’s bomb disposal unit.

 

The terminal tower of Nepal Telecom is just five minutes of walking distance from the site where there was a clash between the Maoists and the security forces on March 2, 2004. The police said that the bomb might have been used at that time by the Maoist rebels which did not explodea.
