Bimali raped the woman on under the pretext of treating her.

 

According to the victim, Bimali took her inside the clinic saying that he needed to check her chest. The victim lodged a complaint on April 20 at District Police Office with the help of a lawyer.

 

Police arrested the accused on the same day the complaint was lodged.

 

The medical test of the victim confirmed rape, according to DSP Deep Samsher Rana. Police have registered rape case at District court after remanding him for 7 days.
