सप्तरी । वैशाख १५ गते कञ्चनपुर गाविस-९ स्थित पसलमा एक ९ वर्षीया बालिकालाई बलात्कार गर्ने सोही ठाउँका ३२ वर्षीय पसले हरेन्द्र देवलाई प्रहरीले ०७० वैशाख १४ गते राति गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । पसलमा सामान किन्न आएकी बालिकालाई बलात्कार गरी फरार भएका हरेन्द्रलाई भारतीय प्रहरीको सहयोगमा भारत विहारको सुपौल जिल्ला रानीगञ्जबाट गिरफ्तार गरिएको जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयले जनाएको छ । पसलमा चकलेट, विस्कुट किन्न गएकी बालिकालाई उपस्वास्थ्य चौकी गोबरगाढामा कार्यरत अहेव हरेन्द्रले बलात्कार गरेको भन्दै पीडित परिवारका सदस्यले इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय कञ्चनपुरमा उजुरी दिएका छन् । आरोपित हरेन्द्रले ०७० वैशाख १४ गते विहान ७ः३० बजे कञ्चनपुर गाविस-९ स्थित आरोपितको पसलमा बलात्कार गरेको उजुरीमा उल्लेख छ । पीडित बालिकाको वैशाख १४ गते राजविराजस्थित सगरमाथा अञ्चल अस्पतालमा स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण गरिएको छ । गिरफ्तार भएका आरोपितलाई जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयको नियन्त्रणमा राखिएको छ । मनोहरकुमार पोखरेल Saptari/April 28 Police have arrested Harendra Dev, 32, of Kanchanpur VDC-9 on April 27 on charge raping a 9-year-old girl. Harendra, who had raped the girl while she had come to buy goods in his shop, was absconding after the incident. According to the District Police Office, Dev was arrested from Raniganj, Supail in Bihar, India with help from Indian police. Family of the girl had filed a complaint at the Area Police Office Kanchanpur accusing Dev, who is also an Assistant Health Worker at sub-health post Gobargada, of raping her while she had gone to buy chocolate in his shop on April 27 morning. Health check-up of the girl was conducted in Sagarmatha zonal hospital in Rajbiraj on April 27. Dev is held in the custody of the DPO. Manohar Kumar Pokharel
