Supports of former King Gyanendra Shah organized a demonstration on Friday in Rajbiraj. It was organized by National Peoples' Party marking 85th Prithvi Jayanti. The demonstrators led by Kishori Mahato, National Chairperson of the Party chanting the slogans such as , "Retain Hindu Nation status ", "Revocation of Constitution of 2072", "Declare Poush 27; Prithvi Jayanti as a national holiday", "Bring back the Monarch " and similar make a round to different parts of the city. The rally was turned to general meeting reaching local Shiva temple. Addressing the meeting, Mahato demanded for the revocation of Constitution of 2072 saying it is against the common aspiration of the people and nation. Saying that Monarchy and Hindu religion being the symbol of Peace, Mahato also expressed the need of re establishment and protection of these institutions from a new dimension. The meeting was chaired by Dr Dev Narayan Yadhav, Saptari Chairperson of the party. सप्तरी सदरमुकाम रजविरजमा पूर्व राजा ज्ञानेन्दका समर्थहरुले शुक्रबार प्रदर्शन गरेका छन् । राष्टिय जनता पार्टी (राजावादी) को आयोजनामा राजविराजमा प्रदर्शन गरेको हो । २ सय ८५ औँ पृथ्वी जयन्तीको अवसर पारेर पार्टीका राष्टिय अध्यक्ष किशोरी महतोको अगुवाईमा गरिएको प्रदर्शनमा सहभागीले हिन्दु राष्ट कायम गर, २०७२ को संविधान खारेज गर, पृथ्वी जयन्तीको अवसरमा पौष २७ गतेका दिनलाई राष्टिय बिदा घोषणा गर राज संस्था पुनर्वहाली गर लगायतका नारावाजी गर्दै नगरको विभिन्न भाग परिक्रमा गरेका थिए । स्थानीय शिव मन्दिरको प्राङ्गणमा पुगी आम सभालाई सम्बोधन गर्दै राष्टिय अध्यक्ष महतोले २०७२ को संविधान जनताको चाहना र राष्टिय हितको बिपरित भएको भन्दै खारेज हुनुपर्ने माग गरेका छन् । राज संस्था र हिन्दु धर्म नै शान्तिको प्रतिक भएकाले नयाँ शिराबाट यसको पुर्नस्थापना र संरक्षण गर्नुपर्ने उनले बताए । राष्टिय जनाता पार्टी सप्तरीका अध्यक्ष डा. देव नारायण यादवको अध्यक्षतामा सभाको आयोजना गरिएको हो ।
