The scooter (Lu 15 Pa 7558) is set on fire by dousing petrol at Rampur Chowk on March 13 for defying strike called off by UDMF targeting the CPN-UML Mechi-Mahakali Campaign. The scooter is completely destroyed. Police have arrested four people from Rampur Chowk in the charge of involving in arson of the scooter on March 12. Those arrested are Biyusddin Khan of Gonaha VDC-9, Raj Kumar Yadav of Kamhariya VDC-6, Jamaluddin Musalman of Karauta VDC-3 and Najamuddin Musalman of Kamhariya VDC. The injured victim is undergoing treatment at Bhim Hospital of Bhairahawa according to DSP Pandey.
