Dang/May 2 Budusi Budhathok of Lamahi in Chailahi VDC-2 has filed a complaint at human rights organization and government offices on May 2 urging them to help annul the marriage of her 15-year-old girl and Dipesh Bhandari, 17, of Banagai of Tarigaon VDC-9. She approached INSEC, WOREC, Women Development Office and District Administration Office with her request. Her complaint says that Dipesh and his family had accompanied her daughter from Koteshwar, Kathmandu and that the girl remained out of contact. The complaint has been filed at Tulasipur Area Police Office on April 30. Police said they were holding discussion with the both sides. Shalikram Musafi
