Kathmandu/ May 7 The Apex Court has refused registering the writ against the nomination of Lokman Singh Karki as the chief of Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA). The petitioner, Om Prakash Aryal was turned back Supreme Court Registrar Lohit Chandra Shah saying he could not fulfill three requirements to file a writ petition. Shah told him to seek remedy from concerned office, informing the opposition if he was unsatisfied with the decision before filing the writ and producing an evidence of the notification given to that office. Vivek Dhungana काठमाडौँ । वैशाख २४ गते जनआन्दोलनका दोषी तथा भष्ट्रचार अभियोग लागेका पूर्व मूख्यसचिव लोकमानसिंह कार्कीलाई अख्यितार अनुसन्धान आयोगमा नियुक्त नगर्न भन्दै पेश गरिएको रिट दर्ता नगरी सर्वोच्च अदालतले फिर्ता गरेको छ । अधिवक्ता ओमप्रकाश अर्यालले वैशाख २३ गते पेश गरेको उक्त रिटलाई सर्वोच्च अदालतका रजिष्ट्रार लोहितचन्द्र शाहले तीन सर्त तेर्साएर फिर्ता गरिदिएका छन् । रजिष्ट्रार शाहले रिट निवेदकले विपक्षी निकायबाट नै कानूनी उपचार माग्नु पर्ने, त्यसमा चित्त नबुझे मुद्दा दायर गर्नु अघि विपक्षीलाई जानकारी गराउनुपर्ने र उक्त जानकारी गराएको प्रमाण अदालतमा पेश गरेमात्र रिट दर्ता हुने भनेको रिट निवदेक अर्यालले बताए । विवेक ढुङ्गाना
