Yam lal Rai of Bidur-6,Charghare, Mandredhunga was arrested on the charge of attacking 44-year-old wife Rammaya Rai and 21-year-old son Raju Rai when he got back home heavily drunk on March 28. Rai had rampantly attacked the victims and got them seriously injured. Rammaya has sustained serious injury on her head and hands and eyes while Raju was hit with the khukuri on his head and neck while he was trying to save his mother. The victims have been taken to Nuwakot City Bidhur Hospital,Bidhur for treatment while Yam Lal was handed over to the police. Preliminary investigation by the police has shown it to be a case of attempted murder. विदुर नगरपालिका-६ चारघरे मांद्रेढुंगाका यमलाल राईले श्रीमती र छोरालाई खुकुरी प्रहार गरी घाइते बनाएका छन् । अत्याधिक मादक पदार्थ सेवनगरी मंगलबार बिहान यमलालले श्रीमती राममाया र छोरा राजुलाई अन्धाधुन्द खुकुरी प्रहार गर्दा दुवैको अवस्था गम्भीर भएको छ । खुकुरी प्रहारबाट ४४ वर्षकी राममायाको टाउको र हात गहिरो चोट लाग्नुका साथै बाँया आँखा फुटेको छ । आमालाई बाबुले खुकुरी प्रहार गर्न थालेपछि छुट्याउन गएका २१ वर्षका छोरा राजुको पनि टाउको र घाँटीमा खुकुरी प्रहार गरी घाइते बनाएको 'जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयका प्रहरी नायब उपरीक्षक ऋषिराम कंडेलले जानकारी दिए। 'अत्यधिक मादक पदार्थ सेवन गरी मध्यरातमा घर पुगेका यमलालले राममायाको ज्यान लिने उद्देश्यले टाउको र घाँटीमा खुकुरी प्रहार गरेको देखियो ।' डिएसपी कँडेलले भने 'छेक्न गएपछि छोरालाई पनि टाउको र घाँटीमा खुकुरी प्रहार गरी गहिरो चोट लागेको छ ।' यमलाललाई छिमेकीले नियन्त्रणमा लिएर प्रहरीलाई बुझाएका थिए।घाइतेको नुवाकोट सिटी अस्पताल विदुरमा उपचार भइरहेको छ ।
