Banke/May 8 The District Court has sent three persons in remand on May 6 on charge of trying to sell a 12-year-old girl of Kachanpur VDC-2 in India. Dev Kumari Chaudhari, 30, and Chunnilal Chaudhary, 32, of Kachanapur VDC-2 and Indian national Ajay Prasad Gaund were remanded in custody on charge of human trafficking and rape. Advocate Basudev Gyawali, who has been pleading on behalf on the victim said that the Gaund was charged with rape while the other two have been charged with human trafficking. The girl was taken to Gadda chauki in Kanchanpur under the pretext of marriage. Kanchanpur Police had sent them to the Area Police Office Kohalpur after arresting them on April 6. बाँके । वैशाख २५ गते कचनापुर गाविस-२ की १२ वर्षीया बालिकालाई ललाइफकाई भारतमा बेच्न खोज्ने एक महिला सहित तीन जनालाई जिल्ला अदालतले ०७० वैशाख २३ गते पुर्पक्षका लागि थुनामा राख्न आदेश दिएको छ । जिल्ला अदालतका न्यायाधीश कृष्णकमल अधिकारीको इजलासले बाँके कचनापुर गाविस-२ की ३० वर्षीया देवकुमारी चौधरी सोही ठाँउका ३२ वर्षीय चुन्नीलाल चौधरी र भारतीय नागरिक अजयप्रशाद गौंडलाई मानव बेचबिखन तथा ओसारपसार र जबरजस्ती करणीको अभियोगमा पुर्पक्षका लागि थुनामा राख्ने आदेश दिएको हो । चौधरीद्वयलाई मानव बेचबिखन तथा ओसारपसार र भारतीय नागरिक अजयविरुद्ध बलात्कारको समेत अभियोग लागेको बालिकाका तर्फबाट बहसपैरवी गर्दै आएका अधिवक्ता बासुदेव ज्ञवालीले बताए । विवाह गर्ने बहानामा अजयले बालिकालाई कञ्चनपुरको गड्डाचौकी नाका पुर्‍याएका थिए । बालिकासहित उनलाई ०६९ चैत २४ गते पक्राउ गरी कञ्चनपुर प्रहरीले अनुसन्धानको लागि इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय कोहलपुरमा पठाएको थियो । विनोद पाण्डे
