The United Democratic Madhesi Morcha has demonstrated the torch rally in Biratnagar on April 18. There has been news of normal dispute between police and Morcha cadres during a clash. The Morcha cadres had chanted the slogans against the election and announced to boycott the upcoming election. The district coordinator Raj Kumar Yadav of Madhesi Morcha said that the Morcha will not accept the election unless their demands are not addressed.
