According to the INSEC district representative Laxmi Shah of Bara, the Morcha has organized a demonstration in Kalaiya municipality on April 20 with Lathi. All the demonstrators had held a Lathi in their hands. They have been demanding not to conduct election without the amendment of constitution. The cadres of Morcha had cordoned the office of Election Commission for some time. After that, a group of demonstrators had obstructed the program of RPP at Everest Hotel. Similarly, they had obstructed the voter’s education program operating at Ganga Pur training centre. इन्सेक बारा जिल्ला प्रतिनिधि लक्ष्मी साहका अनुसार मधेसी मोर्चाले कलैया नगरपालिकामा वैशाख ७ गते लाठी जुलुस प्रदर्शन गरेको छ । मधेसी मोर्चाका नेता तथा कार्यकर्ताहरूले विरोध प्रदर्शन गरेका थिए । जुलुसमा सहभागी सबैले हातहातमा लाठी र भाँटा बोकेका थिए । संविधान संशोधन बिना निर्वाचन नगर्न उनीहरूले माग गर्दै प्रदर्शन गरेको बताए । मधेसी मोर्चाका नेता तथा कार्यकर्ताहरूले निर्वाचन कार्यालय समेत केहीबेर घेराउ गरेका थिए । प्रदर्शनकारीहरूको समूहले एभरेष्ट होटलमा प्रवेश गरी राप्रपाको बैठक बिथोलेका थिए । यसैगरी शैक्षिक तालिम केन्द्र गङ्गापुरमा चलिरहेको मतदाता शिक्षा तालिमसमेत बिथोलेका थिए । सिद्धेश्वर विद्यालयमा म्यादी प्रहरीको तालिम चलिरहेको स्थानमा पुगेर उनीहरूले वैशाख ८ गते शुक्रवारदेखि तालिममा सहभागी नहुन चेतावनी दिए ।
