Krishna Kumal, a candidate of Bharatpur Municipality, ward 11, was shot.
He is currently being treated in Narayani Community Hospital.
He was shot in the armpit. While he was talking with some of his friends after campaigning he got shot.
Dr. Bhaktaman Shrestha and Dr. Rabindra KC are treating Kumal.
