Locals of Bateshwor Rural Municipality have padlocked Janapriya Secondary School of Dhanusha accusing principal Chandra Singh for the irregularities of financial transaction of the school. The allegations of locals towards principal are for a long time irregularities in calculations of School,salary had not paid to Private sources teachers from 15 months and making the situation of school worse day by day. Also the locals had accused that principal had not published the result of grade 6 and 9 as there had been already 3 weeks of new academic session. Locals have blamed that principal Singh did not gave salary to three teachers of the school, he is being irregular in showing the financial transaction and he is not being able to maintain the good quality of the education system of the school. They also blamed that, they failed to publish the results of grade 6 and 9 student. धनुषाको बटेश्वर गाउँपालिकामा रहेको श्री जनप्रिय माध्यमिक बिद्यालयमा स्थानीय बासिन्दाहरुले तालाबन्दी गरेका छन् । बिहिबार बिद्यालयका प्रध्यानाध्यापक रामचन्द्र सिंह माथि विभिन्न आरोप लगाउंदै स्थानीयले विद्यालयको कार्यालय र मुलगेटमा तालाबन्दी गरेका हुन् । लामो समयदेखि विद्यालयको हर-हिसाब सार्बजनिक नगरेको पठनपाठन अवस्था दिनप्रतिदिन धरायसी बनाउदैं लागेको र निजि स्रोतबाट कार्यरत तिन जना सिक्षकको १५ महिनादेखिको तलब उपलब्ध नगराएको स्थानीयबासिन्दाहरुको आरोप छ । यस्तै शैक्षिक सत्र सुरु भएको ३ साता बितिसक्दा पनि कक्षा ६ र ९ को रिजल्ट प्रकाशित नगरेको र बिद्यालयमा प्रध्यानाध्यापक सिंहले मनोमानी गरेको स्थानीय संजिव महतोले जानकारी दिएका छन् ।
