Morang/May 18 A soldier, Chetan Shrestha, 41, of Pathari VDC-1 has been arrested on May 17 for a rape of a 14-year-old girl some five years ago. Pathari Area Police Office told that Shrestha had raped the girl at her home in inebriated condition on January 2008. According to ASI Gunraj Rijal, Shrestha was posted at Nepal Army Eastern Division Headquarters in Itahari at time of incident. He was arrested when the police was tipped off that he was at home on leave.
