Okhaldhunga/May 20 Tek Bahadur Khadka, 27, of Rawadolu VDC-9 and district secretary of Nepal Tarun Dal has been issued death threats from an unidentified person on May 19. He received the threats from different mobile numbers including that of Nepal Telecom. He said that he could not file an FIR as the perpetrator could not been identified. Khadka added that the death threat came after he was warned in the telephone by unidentified people asking him to retract his complaint filed at District Development Committee (DDC) against Apollo Hydro Power Company that it was working without any permission. He had also complained that the Company had preparing for the construction of the road recklessly. The DDC had issued an order to halt the work until the due procedures were completed. Khadka told INSEC DR on May 20 that he had received telephone threats five times after that order. He said he would file a police complaint informing them about the telephone numbers through which he was getting threat calls. District Police Office said they would launch investigation once the complaint is formally registered. Shiva Prasad Dhungana ओखलढुंगा । जेठ ६ गते नेपाल तरुण दलका जिल्ला सचिव रावादोलु गाविस-९ का २७ वर्षीय टेकबहादुर खड्कालाई अपरिचित व्यक्तिले फरक फरक मोबाइल नम्बरबाट फोन गरेर ०७० जेठ ५ गते मार्ने धम्की दिएका छन् । फोन गर्ने व्यक्ति पहिचान नभएकाले पीडकमाथि किटानी जाहेरी दिन समस्या भएको पीडितले बताए । उनले नेपाल टेलिकमका ९८४००६८५२, ९८४००५२९९७ र ९७४१२०४६०४ नम्बरबाट अज्ञात व्यक्तिले फोन गरेर धम्की दिएको जानकारी दिए । "स्थानीय स्तरमा निमार्णाधीन एपोलो हाइड्रो पावर कम्पनीले निर्माण गर्न लागेको विद्युत आयोजना अनुमति विना काम गरेको भन्दै जिल्ला विकास समितिमा दिएको उजुरी झिक्न फोनमा धम्की आए पनि नझिकेपछि फेरि मार्ने धम्की आएको छ" खड्काले भने । कम्पनीका विरुद्ध खड्काले ०६९ चैत २० गते अनुमति विना जथाभावी सडक खनेकाले रोक्न निवेदन दिइ माग गरेका थिए । खड्काको निवेदनपछि जिल्ला विकास समितिले प्रकृया नपुगुञ्जेल काम रोक्न निर्देशन दिएको थियो । निवेदन दिएको विषयलाई लिएर पाँच पटकसम्म धम्की आएको उनले ०७० जेठ ६ गते इन्सेक प्रतिनिधीलाई बताए । बेला बेलामा धम्की आए पनि ०७० वैशाख ५ गते निवेदन नझिके मार्ने धम्की दिएको उनको भनाइ छ । धम्की आएपछि जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयमा व्यक्ति पहिचान गर्न धम्की आएका फोन नम्बरहरू सहित निवेदन दिने उनले बताए । धम्की आएको विषयमा जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय, ओखलढुंगाका मुद्दा फाटका असई भीम श्रेष्ठले उजुरी आएपछि अनुसन्धान थालिने बताए । शिवप्रसाद ढुंगाना
