Cadres of Netra Bikram Chand Biplov have torched a mini truck in Sikhar municipality-8 Golmagaad. The truck was torched in the morning of 13 May, Saturday. Bhe 1 kha 1151 number's loaded truck was torched which was going to Saafebagar of Achham from Nepalgunj. The truck is completely destroyed according to Tiltali police station's sub-inspector Lokendra Malla नेत्र विक्रम चन्द विप्लव नेतृत्वका कार्यकर्ताहरुले शनिबार बिहानै डोटीको शिखर नगरपालिका ८, गोल्मागाडमा मिनि ट्रकमा आगजनी गरेका छन् । नेपालगंजबाट अछामको साफेबगर समान लिएर जादै गरेको भे १ ख ११५१ नम्बरको मिनि ट्रकमा विप्लवका कार्यकर्ताहरुले आगजनी गरेका हुन । आगजनीबाट ट्रक पुर्णरुपमा नष्ट भएको तिलताली प्रहरी चौकीका प्रहरी सहायक निरिक्षक लोकेन्द्र मल्लले जानकारी दिएका छन् ।
