31 cadres of CPN-UML arrested for distributing pamphlets against code of conduct in Bharatpur

Police arrested 31 people including Khila Prasad Neupane, a Ward 6 WardChair candidate from CPN-UML, for campaigning against Maoist Center last night. They were arrested from different locations while distributing pamphlets reading 'people's 24 questions to Maoist Center', according to SP Thapa. They will be released on Sunday for the election following an investigation.
