4 cadres of Nepal Communist Party were arrested immediately after being released from police custody. Police had charged them under public offense act accusing them of conducting anti-election activities. Ghan Shyam BK, Mohan KC, Suk Lal Basnet and Top Bahadur Dangi were arrested after being fined Rs 5000 each. They were previously jailed for a month. सल्यानमा चुनाव बिरोधी गतिविधि गरेको आरोप लागेका ४ जनालाई धरौटीमा छाडेर पुन पक्राउ गरिएको छ। चुनावका बेला चुनाव बिरोधी गतिविधि गरेको आरोप लागेका नेपाल कम्युनिष्ट पार्टीका कार्यकर्ता रहेका उनीहरुलाई सार्वजनिक मुद्दा लागेको थियो। हिरासत र कारागारमा गरी १ महिना भन्दा बढी थुनामा रहेपछि उनीहरुलाई ५/५ हजार गर्दै जम्मा २० हजार धरौटी तोकिएको थियो। पक्राउ पर्नेमा घनश्याम बि.क, मोहन केसी, सुकलाल बस्नेत र टोप बहादुर डाँगी हुन्।
