According to Dhanusha District Representative Binod Kumar Rabidas, RaJaPa has demonstrated a torch rally in Janakpur on June 12. The party is in agitation demanding the amendment of constitution prior to the election. The party has announced general strike from June 13 till June 15 against the second phase of election announced by the government. In order to make the strike successful, a torch rally was organized starting from Janakpur Campus Chok rounding the city before converting into triangle assembly. The district coordinator Parmeshwor Shah of the party confirmed that Madhesi people will not participate the election at any cost. The party has announced for the general strike for four days on June 16 targeting the candidacy nomination. धनुषा जिल्ला प्रतिनिधि विनोदकुमार रविदासका अनुसार राजापाले जेठ २९ गते जनकपुरमा मसाल जुलुस प्रदर्शन गरेको छ । सरकारले घोषणा गरेको स्थानीय तहको निर्वाचन अगावै संविधान संशोधन गरिए मात्र निर्वाचनमा भाग लिने भन्दै राजापाले आन्दोलन गर्दै आएको छ । सरकारले घोषणा गरेको निर्वाचनलाई बहिष्कार गर्न र निर्वाचन बिथोल्नको लागि राजापाले जेठ ३० गतेदेखि असार २ गतेसम्म धनुषा बन्दको आह्वान गरेको छ । बन्द सफल बनाउन जनकपुरको क्याम्पस चोकबाट निकालेको मसाल जुलुस क्याम्पस चोक, मुर्ली चोक, राम चोक हुदै जनक चोकमा पुगी कोण सभामा परिणत भएको थियो । राजापाका धनुषा जिल्ला संयोजक परमेश्वर साहले संविधान संशोधन बिना कुनै पनि हालतमा मधेसी जनता निर्वाचनमा भाग नलिने बताए । आउँदो असार १४ गतेको चुनावमा भाग लिन असार २ गते उम्मेदवारी दर्ताको मिति तय भएकोले असार २ गतेको सो कार्यक्रम बिथोल्न राजापाले चार दिन बन्दको आह्वान गरेको हो ।
