Kailali/May 30 District Police Office, Kailali has arrested Puran Khadka,22, and his mother Lalita Khadka, 50, on May 28 on charge of killing the son of Puran’s step-brother, Rajesh Khadka,11 of Olani in Godavari VDC-6. Siddha Khadka, father of the boy, filed an FIR against the duo accusing them of beating and then hanging the boy to a tree near home when the boy was alone at home. SI Prem Khadka said the mother and the son were arrested on the day of the filing of FIR adding that the boy had bruises all over the body and was died due to hanging. District Police Office informed that it was investigating the case.
