There has been a clash reported between the cadres of Maoist center and CPN UML at Sisne village council-7 on June 24 during the election campaign. In a clash, at least six cadres from Maoist center and three of CPN UML were injured along with one student. District vice-chair of CPN UML, Devi Poli said that the cadre of Maoist center tried to obstruct the election campaign of other party and because of which the clash started. According to Oli, three cadres along with the ward member candidate were injured in a clash. The injured are CPN UML cadres Prithbi Bahadur Rawt, Deepak Rawat and ward member candidate. Vice-chair Oli said that Maoist cadres have been obstructing the election campaign and abusing the cadres of UML. The cadre have also beaten 19 years old student of Sisne Village council-7 on a same incident. Keshav Rawal, coordinator of election campaign at Sisne village council-7 of Maoist centre said that the clash started after their motorbikes were obstructed by the cadres of CPN UML. Extra security force has been deployed in the area according to DSP Angur GC of DPO Rukum. The injured are receiving treatment at local health organization. Adarsha KC
