Voting during the second phase of local level elections at a voting centre in Rolpa Municipality-10 of Rolpa district has been halted as a voter poured acid in a ballot box. At least four ballot papers have been buried after the incident at the Bhanbhane voting booth ‘B’. DSP Ram Prasad Gharti says the voting will resume after some minutes.
