There has been Khukuri attack in the polling booth in Punarwas Municipality-9, Kanchanpur. The attack occurred during a dispute between two siblings each supporting two different parties as to who should vote for their disabled mother. Congress supporter Dilu Bohara and UML'S supporter Shere Bohara attacked each other with khukuri as the dispute intensified.
