Three people, Hari Narayan Yadav, Rakhi Yadav and Nisha Yadav, of Pakari-1 were held by Saptari Police and charged with public offence for manhandling Principal of Nar Bahadur Thapa Secondary School Sonara. The accused padlocked Principal's Office and were held while trying to black sooth him. They padlocked principal's office demanding the investigation of financial irregularities in regard to scholarship distribution, text book purchase, school building construction and others by Principal with SMC. Meanwhile, the lock has been broken by the SMC members. According to Binod Kumar Yadav, local guardian, they were compelled to padlock the office for second time as their complaint to CDO, DEO and CIAA demanding investigation was unheard. १ पकरीस्थित नरबहादुर थापा मावि सोनराका प्रधानाध्यापकलाई मोसो दल्ने र जुत्ताको माला लगाउन खोज्ने तीन जना(हरि नारायण यादव, राखी यादव र निशा यादव )लाई सप्तरी प्रहरीले पक्राउ गरी सार्वजनिक मुद्दा दर्ता गरेको छ । प्रहरी नायव उपरिक्षक यादव राज उप्रतीका अनुसार प्रधानाध्यापकको कार्यकक्षमा तालाबन्दी गरेपछि प्रअ चौधरीमाथि दुव्र्यहार गर्ने प्रयास प्रहरीले हस्तक्षेप गरि विफल बनाएको छ । प्रधानाध्यपक चौधरीले विद्यालय व्यवस्थापन समितिको मिलेमतोमा छात्रावृत्ति, पाठ्यपुस्तक खरिद, भवन निर्माण लगायतका शिर्षकमा गरेको आर्थिक अनियमितताको छानविन हुनुपर्ने माग गर्दै आरोपितहरुको समूहले तालाबन्दी गरेका थिए । प्रअको कार्यकक्षमा लगाईको ताला व्यवस्थापन समितिका केही पदाधिकारीले फुटाइदिएका छन् । आर्थिक अनियमितताको छानबिनको माग गर्दै जिल्ला प्रशासन कार्यालय, जिल्ला शिक्षा कार्यालय तथा अख्तियार दुरुपयोग अनुसन्धान आयोगमा उजुरी दिदाँ पनि कुनै सुनुवाई नभएपछि बाध्य भएर पुनः दोश्रो पटक तालाबन्दी गर्नु परेको स्थानीय अभिभावक विनोदकुमार यादवले बताउनुभयो ।
