RJP-N cadres waved black flag as a protest to the election campaigning of Federal Socialist Forum Nepal Rupandehi. When Forum's motorcycle rally along with vehicles reached Patkhauli , RJP-N cadres burnt tyres in the road and showed them blag flag. Prashat Gupta Mahenda, Rupandehi Vice Coordinator said that they showed the black flag as a protest to the betrayal of Forum taking part in election neglecting the demands of Madhesh. Federal Alliance had earlier decided to boycott election without constitution amendment. He too warned to halt the election in Madhesh until the demands of Madhesh are met through constitution amendment. संघीय समाजवादी फोरम नेपाल रुपन्देहीले गरेको चुनावी प्रचार प्रसार केन्दित शक्ति प्रदर्शमा राष्टिय जनता पार्टी नेपालका कार्यकर्ताहरुले विरोधस्वरुप कालो झण्डा देखाएका छन् । शक्ति प्रदर्शनको क्रममा फोरमले निकालेको मोटरसाइकल तथा गाडी सहितको र्याली पटखौली पुग्दा राजपाका नेताहरुले सडकमा टायर बाल्नुका साथैै झण्डा समेत देखाएका थिए । संविधान संशोधनबिना कुनै पनि हालतमा चुनाव हुन नदिने संघीय गठबन्धनको निर्णय भए पनि पछिल्लो समय फोरमले मधेशको मागहरुलाई वेवास गरी चुनावमा सहभागी हुन लागेको त्यसको विरोध स्वरुप कालो झण्डा देखाइएको राजपा रुपन्देहीका जिल्ला सह संयोजक प्रशान्त गुप्ता महेन्दले बताए । उनले संविधान संशोधन मार्फत मधेशको माग सम्बोधन नगरिएसम्म मधेशमा चुनाव हुन नदिने समेत चेतावनी दिए ।
