Situation Update as at 0930 Hrs, 05 June 2013 United Struggling Committee for the Elimination of Kamlhari has continued 22 Terai districts /Bandh/ for third consecutive day today, 05 June. The /bandh/ has been observed effective mainly in Terai districts of Western (Kapilvastu district), Mid-Western (Banke, Bardiya, Dang) and Far-Western (Kanchanpur, Kailali) districts with no long, short route public and private vehicles. Market and institutions are partially closed. However there is no effect observed in Central and Eastern Terai districts. Diplomatic and Blue plated vehicles are allowed to ply on roads by the /bandh /organizer.
