An unidentified group has attacked Journalist Chakka Bahadur Malla of Bajura, Bajura district chairman of Nepal Press Union and district representative of Image Television in Pokhare of Bhudhinanda Municipality. Journalist Malla has sustained serious injury on his head and other parts of body. Along with journo Malla, the group also attacked the executive officer of BudhiNanda municipality Chandra Shahi, staff Padam Bahadur Bista, Rudra Malla, Manalal Baduwal who were with the journalist at the time of the incident. Central committee member of Nepal Press Union Dayaram Pandit has demanded action against the attackers. बाजुराका पत्रकार छक्क बहादुर मल्लमाथि सांघातिक आक्रमण भएको छ । नेपाल प्रेस युनियन बाजुरा शाखाका अध्यक्ष्य एवं इमेज टेलिभिजन बाजुराका संवाददाता रहेका मल्लमाथि अपरिचित समुहले आक्रमण गरेको हो । बाजुराको सदरमुकाम मार्तडीबाट फर्किने क्रममा अपरिचित समुहले बुढीनन्दा नगरपालिकाको पोखरेमा लखेटेर सांघातिक आक्रमण गरेको नेपाल प्रेस युनियनका केन्द्रीय सदस्य दयाराम पण्डितले विज्ञप्तिमार्फत जनाएका छन् । आक्रमण बाट मल्लको टाउको र सरिरका विभिन्न भागमा गम्भीर चोट लागेको छ । उनीसंगै रहेका बुढीनन्दा नगरपालिकाका कार्यकारी अधिकृत चन्द्रबहादुर शाही, सोही नगरपालिकाका कर्मचारी पदमबहादुर बिष्ट, रुद्र मल्ल, मनलाल बडुवाल लगाएतका बटुवा माथी पनि आक्रमण भएको जनाइएको छ । युनियनका केन्द्रीय सदस्य पण्डितले घटनामा संलग्नमाथि कारवाहीको माग गरेका छन् ।
