An explosion from a pressure cooker bomb hidden in a road depression at an inner road section of Surunga municipality – 6 injured four police personnel travelling on a police van last night. The bomb planted by an unidentified group caused partial damages to the van (Ba 1 Jha 7392) belonging to the Area Police, Kadarban, Superintendent of Police (SP) Mukesh Kumar Singh confirmed. The bomb exploded as the van heading towards a village from the police station neared the road depression. Inspector Rajendra Yadav along with four police officers suffered injuries in the explosion. They are undergoing treatment at a hospital in Lahan. A total of 12 police personnel were on-board the vehicle at the time of the attack. No one has yet claimed responsibility for the attack, according to District Police Office, Saptari. RSS अज्ञात समूहद्वारा सप्तरीको सुरुंगा नगरपालिका–६ स्थित भित्री सडकखण्डमा खाल्टोमा पुरेर राखेको प्रेसरकुकर बम विस्फोट हुँदा गएराति एउटा प्रहरी भ्यानमा क्षति पुगेको छ । इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय कडरवनको बा१झ ७३९२ नं को भ्यानमा आंशिक क्षति पुगेको प्रहरी उपरीक्षक मुकेशकुमार सिंहले बताए । इप्रकाबाट गाउँतर्फ जाँदै गरेको सो भ्यान त्यहाँ पुगेपछि बम विस्फोट भएको थियो । त्यसमा सवार प्रहरी निरीक्षक राजेन्द्र यादवसहित चारजना सुरक्षाकर्मीसमेत घाइते भएको प्रहरी उपरीक्षक सिंहले जानकारी दिए । उक्त भ्यानमा प्रहरी निरीक्षकसहित १२ जना प्रहरी सुरक्षाकर्मी सवार थिए । उनीहरुको लहानस्थित एक अस्पतालमा उपचार भइरहेको प्रहरीले जनाएको छ । प्रगतिशिल तराइ मुक्ति मोर्चाका संयोजक सिजनले स्थानीय सञ्चारकर्मिलाई फोन गरेर घट्नाको जिम्मेवारी लिएका छन् ।
