A team from the Mahendranagar-based contact office of the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority arrested two government officers with a bribe from the revenue Investigation Office of Kailai's Attariya on Monday. According to information officer Khimananda Pathak of the office, they were arrested while receiving Rs 45,000 in bribe from a service seeker. The CIAA team led by police inspectors Anil Kumar Upreti arrested them. An investigation is under way'Pathak said. The arrested have been kept at the CIAA contact Office.
