RJPN cadres has burnt the flags of CPN-UML, RPPN and RPPN Democratic accusing those parties had played vital role in failing the 2nd amendment bill of Constitution. RJPN cadres has burnt the flags of 3 opposition parties of by gathering and chanting slogans in Administrative Chowk of Kapilvastu. RJPN cares also accused CPN-UML, RPPN and RPPN Democratic as anti madhesh parties in the protest program. Police intervened the protest program after RJPN cadres started to burn the flags of 3 opposition parties. Cadres of RJPN also chanted slogan against local administration and police after police intervention in flag burning protest. The police team headed by DSP prahlad Adhikari has taken control Dr. Kalipat Sharma(Jonson) the coordinator of protest program and RJPN local leader Ram Prasad Yadav after the protest दोश्रो पटक पेश गरिएको संबिधान संसोधन प्रस्तावको बिरोध गरेको र तटस्थ बसेको भन्दै राजपा कपिलवस्तुका नेता कार्यकर्ताले नेकपा एमाले, राप्रपा र राप्रपा प्रजातान्त्रिको झण्डा जलाएका छन् । नाराबाजी सहित जिल्ला प्रशासन कार्यालय कपिलवस्तु मुलगेटमा रहेको प्रशासन चोकमा भेला भएका राजपा नेता कार्यकर्ताले मधेस बिरोधी भएको आरोप लगाउदै तिन पार्टीको झण्डा जलाएका हुन् । राजपाका नेता कार्यकर्ताले एमाले र राप्रपा बिरुद्ध चर्को नाराबाजी गरेका थिए । राजनैतिकदलको झण्डा जलाउन नमिल्ने भन्दै प्रहरीले हस्तक्षेप गरे पछि राजपाका नेता कार्यकर्ताले स्थानिय प्रशासन र प्रहरी बिरुद्ध समेत नाराबाजी गरे । सो अवसरमा बोल्दै राजपाका अध्यक्ष मण्डलका आन्दोलन संयोजक डाक्टर कालिपत शर्मा (जनसन) ले संबिधान संसोधन बिरुद्ध जानेहरु मधेस बिरोधी भएको र ति दल सँग जनताले हिसाब लिनु पर्ने बताए । कोणसभा सम्पन्न भए लगत्तै जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय कपिलवस्तुका प्रहरी नायब उपरिक्षक प्रहलाद अधिकारी नेतृत्वको प्रहरी टोलीले नेता जोनसन र राजपाका स्थानिय नेता रामप्रसाद यादवलाई नियन्त्रणमा लिएको छ ।
