Rautahat/June 11 Dalit community of Pipariya Dostiya VDC is still in fear of being attacked again by the non-dalits. They were attacked and their houses were destroyed by the non-dalits on June 8. Talking to a team of human rights activists comprising representatives of National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), National Dalit Commission, INSEC and Jagaran Media Cener on June 11, the victims said that they were terrorized that they might be attacked again. The victims informed the human rights team which had reached the village to conduct an on-site visit said that the non-dalits issued threats to attack them again. The non-dalits have continued to bar the dalits from using their land. The team also met with the Chief District Officer, SP and other stakeholders and conducted discussions on June 10. Bipeen Gautam रौतहट । ०७० जेठ २८ गते गत जेठ २५ गते पिपरिया दोस्तिया गाविसमा दलित समुदायमाथि गैरदलित समुदायका व्यक्तिहरुले आक्रमण, घर तोडफोड तथा कुटपिट गरेको घटनापछि दलित बस्तीमा पुनः गैरदलितहरुले आक्रमण गर्न सक्ने त्रास छाएको छ । राष्ट्रिय मानवअधिकार आयोग, राष्ट्रिय दलित आयोग, जागरण मिडिया सेन्टर तथा इन्सेक प्रतिनिधिको टोलीले जेठ २८ गते घटनास्थलको स्थलगन अनुगमन गर्दा पीडितहरुले सो कुरा बताएका हुन् । राष्ट्रिय मानव अधिकार आयोगका निमित्त क्षेत्रीय निर्देशक बुद्धनारायण साहनी, दलित आयोगका सदस्य सचिव भुवन सुनार तथा जागरण मिडिया सेन्टरको तर्फबाट रेम बिश्वकर्मासहितको टोलीले आज घटनास्थलको निरीक्षण गरेको थियो । निरीक्षणको क्रममा दलित बस्तीमा गरिएको अर्न्तक्रिया कार्यक्रममा पीडित दलितहरुले गैरदलितहरुले पुनः आक्रमणको धम्की दिएको र उनीहरुको जग्गाजमिन लगायतका स्थानमा प्रवेश गर्न नदिई नाकाबन्दी कायमै राखेको बताएका छन् । निरीक्षण टोलीले जेठ २७ गते प्रमुख जिल्ला अधिकारी, एसपी तथा अन्य सरोकारवालाहरुसँग भेटघाट र छलफल गरेको छ । बिपिन गौतम
