Kailali/ June 13 Nirmala Badi, 24, of Mala Kheti VDC-3 has been threatened by Bikram Badi of the same place to withdraw the complaint of polygamy she had filed against her husband Prakash Badi, 27. The victim has appealed various Dalit organizations saying that the relatives of her husband threatened to kill her and her mother if they did not take back the complaint. According to the victim, electric line to her house she had taken from her neighbor Shankar Badi has been cut off and the main way to her house has been obstructed for filing the complaint. INSEC, after receiving the complaint, advised the victim to lodge the application at area police office and social reconciliation center at Malakheti. The victim lodged a complaint of polygamy against her husband at District Police Office on June 9. Based on the complaint, Prakash Badi was arrested by the police on June 10 and kept at District police office, Kailali for further investigation. The victim has been living with her parents since then. Sur Bahadur Pariyar कैलाली । ०७० जेठ ३० गते मालाखेती गाविस-३ की २४ वर्षीया निर्मला वादीले पति २७ वर्षीय प्रकाश वादीका विरुद्धमा जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय, कैलाली बहुविवाहसम्बन्धी उजुरी दिएको आरोपमा सोही ठाउँका विक्रम वादीले मुद्दा फिर्ता नलिए मार्ने धम्की दिएका छन् । गाँउ घरमा रहेका साना तीना समस्यामा प्रहरी प्रशासनमा खबर तथा उजुरी दिएको आरोपमा प्रकाश वादीका आफन्त विक्रम वादी र शंकर सुनारले मुद्दा फिर्ता नलिए पीडित निर्मला र उनकी आमा मिठु वादीलाई मार्ने धम्की दिएको भन्दै पीडितले दलित संघ संस्थामा निवेदन दिएकी छन् । बहुविवाहसम्बन्धी उजुरी दिएको आरोपमा छिमेकी शंकर सुनार घरको मिटर बक्सबाट लिएको विद्युत लाइन समेत काटेको र घरबाट मुल बाटोमा निस्किने बाटो शिशा फुटाएर अवरोध गरेको पीडितले बताएका छन् । घटनाका बारेमा इन्सेकलाई जानकारी दिएपछि इन्सेक धनगढीले स्थानिय इलाका प्रहरी मालाखेती र सामाजिक मेलमिलाप केन्द्र मालाखेतीमा निवेदन दिन सुझाव दिएको छ । निर्मला वादीले जेठ २६ गते जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय, कैलालीमा पति प्रकाश वादी र कान्छी पत्नि सरस्वती वादीका विरुद्धमा बहुविवाहमा जाहेरी दिएकी थिइन् । जाहेरीका आधारमा प्रकाश वादीलाई जेठ २७ गते गिरफ्तार गरी जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय, कैलालीका हिरासतमा राखी अनुसन्धान भइरहेको छ । पीडित महिला हाल माइती घरमा बस्दै आएकी छन् । सुरबहादुर परियार
