Ilam/June 13 District Child Protection Office, Ilam has rescued 14 child laborers in the last five months and handed them over to their respective families. The Office had rescued the children from district headquarters and other towns of the district including Phikkal and Magalbare. Krishna Sunam Mangalbare, Ilam, Mukesh Shiwa of Panchthar, Nisha Danuwar of Jhapa and Rabina Mallik of Siraha were rescued by the Office on June 12. They are aged between the age of 8 and 10. Ajit Yonjan, the Office officer informed that the children were handed over to the family in the condition of sending them to the school.
