Morang/June 16 Bikash Tuthu, 21, of Majhare VDC-3 has been arrested on June 16 on charge of sexually abusing an 18-year-old girl. Family of the victim filed a complaint against Bikash at the Area Police Office Rani on June 16. The complaint stated that Bikash touched private parts of the girl with an intention to rape her on June 15. The accused sustained injury to his face when the victim retaliated, according to the complaint. Medical check-up of the girl was conducted at Koshi Zonal Hospital on June 16. The accused is kept in the custody of the APO Rani.
