An Improvised Explosive Device (pressure cooker bomb) went off at Bagmati Municipality ward number 12 on the night of Sept 10. The bomb went off infront of the residence of Kam Dev Chaudhary. Incessant rain and thunderstorm shielded the sound produced by the bomb barring the locals from hearing it as it went off. They only knew about the incident next morning. According to the police,the bomb was less impactful and did not cause any loss of life. सर्लाहीको बागमती नगरपालिकामा प्रेसर कुकर बम बिस्फोट भएको छ। आइतबार राति १२ बजेतिर बागमती नगरपालिका वडा नम्बर १२ स्थित पुर्वपश्चिम लोकमार्ग नजिकै कामदेव चौधरीको घर अगाडी बम बिस्फोट भएको हो। राति अविरल वर्षासंगै चट्यांगसमेत परेकाले बम बिस्फोटको बारेमा स्थानीयले सोमबार बिहानमात्र थाहा पाएका थिए।बम सानो क्षमताको भएकाले कुनै क्षति नभएको र बम कसले र किन बिस्फोट गरायो भन्ने विषयमा अनुसन्धान भइरहेको प्रहरीले जनाएको छ ।
