Police on Saturday detained 11 people, including nine activists of the Netra Bikram Chand-led Communist Party of Nepal, from different parts of Dhanusha district in view of Monday’s third phase of local elections. Superintendent of Police Chakra Bahadur Singh said they were detained in suspicion of their anti-election activities. (PR)
