The Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) led by Netra Bikram Chand 'Biplava' has spread donation terror in the district. The 'Biplava' Maoists have sent letters to all government and non-government offices in the district asking for financial assistance. The letter signed by District Secretary 'Nishan' has created panic in the district at this time. Stating that it has launched a three-month campaign to mobilize the patriotic and democratic forces, the CPN (Maoist) has sent letters to all government offices to provide financial assistance.  The letter sent by the CPN (Maoist) said, "Parliamentary system, local, state and federal elections are being abolished. We have launched a three-month campaign to establish scientific socialism through an integrated revolution to ensure the livelihood of the people, for which we expect financial, material, and moral support. After the CPN (Maoist) sent a letter for financial assistance, the heads of government offices in the district have also demanded security. Biplab CPN (Maoist) cadres have vandalized the District Public Health Office on Sunday alone. According to the Public Health Office, Gorkha, the CPN (Maoist) cadres vandalized the warehouse by throwing out the medicines. An employee of the Public Health Office said that eight CPN (Maoist) cadres had vandalized and thrown out the medicine in the warehouse for making their letter public. He said, ‘How to work in such a situation now, The state should provide security. Otherwise, it will be difficult to work. 'Panic has spread to other government offices after government offices were vandalized for not paying donations. Chief District Officer Jitendra Basnet said that monitoring of these incidents has been started and action will be taken against those involved in these vandalism.
