Police on September 22 (Friday) arrested 15 people on allegations of killing 62-year-old Durga Prasad Khanal of Rong-1. Khanal's dead body was found at Biring river at the border of Jhapa and Ilam districts. Police made the arrest suspecting them to have killed Khanal and dropped him down from a suspension bridge onto the river.
