19 years Madan Bishwokarma, resident of
Thulung Dudhkoshi-6 was arrested by the Police on charge of arson at the Thulung Dukhkoshi Village Municipality. Police is further investigating the case.
The investigation has found out that, he stole around 18 thousand rupees, speakers and shoes from the rural municipality office.
