A student at Dharan Higher Secondary School on Wednesday stabbed his classmate over a petty dispute, leaving him critically injured. Police said Rabi Singh, an 11th grader at the school, stabbed his classmate Biplov Parajuli of Dharan-16. The school is based in Laxmi road at Dharan Sub-metropolitan-1, Sunsari. Eyewitness at the school said the two were joking around about something early in the morning which later turned into a dispute. After the school was over, Singh ran towards Parajuli when he was heading home and stabbed him on his chest. Singh was staying in a rented room at Dhankute Road in Dharan-8. He is on the run after the incident. Injured Parajuli has been receiving treatment at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of B.P. Koirala Institute of Health Sciences. Doctors involved in his treatment said they have transfused six pints of blood but failed to control the bleeding. His situation has been described as critical. Dharan Area Police Station SP Rameshwor Poudel informed they have intensified search for the absconding Singh. सुनसरीको धरान उपमहानगरपालिका–१ लक्ष्मी सडकस्थित धरान उच्च माविका विद्यार्थी बीच बुधबार छुरा हानाहान हुँदा एक विद्यार्थी गम्भीर घाइते भएका छन् । छुरा प्रहारबाट कक्षा ११ मा अध्यनरत धरान–१६ बस्ने विप्लव पराजुली गम्भिर घाइते भएको प्रहरीले जनाएको छ । सोही उमाविमा कक्षा ११ पढ्ने रवि सिंहले सामान्य विवादमा छुरा प्रहार गरेका थिए । उनी फरार रहेका छन् । घाइते पराजुलीको विपि कोइराला स्वास्थ्य विज्ञान प्रतिष्ठानको आकस्मिक कक्षमा उपचार भईरहेको छ । उनको बायाँ छातीमा छुरी प्रहार भएको र ६ पिन्ट रगत चढाए पनि चोट लागेको ठाउँबाट रगत जान नरोकिएकाले अवस्था नाजुक रहेको चिकित्सकहरुले जनाएका छन् । छुराको चोट मुटुमा पनि लागेको हुनसक्ने चिकित्सकहरुले बताएका छन् । छुरा प्रहार गरी फरार रहेका सिंह धरान–८ स्थित धनकुटेरोडमा कोठा भाडामा लिएर बस्दै आएको बुझिएको छ । विद्यालयका प्रत्यक्षदर्शी विद्यार्थीका अनुसार एउटै कक्षा र एउटै सेक्सनमा पढ्ने पराजुली र सिंहबीच बिहान सामान्य ठट्टा भएको थियो । बिहानको सामान्य ठट्टा विवादमा परिणत भएपछि शौचालयमा पनि सामान्य भनाभन भएको थियो । बिहान ११ बजे विद्यालय बिदा भएपछि पराजुली गेट बाहिर निस्केर घर जाने तरखरमा थिए । त्यसैबेला विद्यालयको कम्पाउण्ड भित्रैबाट दौडेर आएका सिंहले अंगालो मारेजस्तो गरेर छुरा प्रहार गरी फारार रहेको प्रतक्षदर्शीहरुले बताए । ईलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय धरानका प्रहरी नायव उपरीषक रामेश्वर पौडेलले छुरा प्रहार गर्ने सिंहको खोजी कार्य तिव्र पारिएको बताए ।
