Nepali Congress party has said that an unidentified group has detonated a bomb at Beni Municipality-1, Ratnachok targeting a team doing election campaigning. According to former chairperson of NC Resham Baniya, the explosive was detonated in front of the vehicle of the team. DSP Basundhara Khadka of DPO said that an unidentified group had detonated the bomb around 2 PM and the bomb was targeted to HoR candidate Khambir Garbuja of Nepali Congress. The vehicle sustained a minor damage in an explosion.
