Morang/ July 2 Neeta Chaudhary, 22, of Mrigauliya VDC-7 has been expelled from her house by her husband Krishna Majhi, 20, mother in-law Bhagwati and father-in-law Naresh Majhi on July 1. According to Chaudhary, the family expelled her after she demanded for the marriage registration and citizenship. She had to go to her parental home at Bhutai Tole in Mrigauliya VDC-7 after the incident. The victim said that her husband was preparing to go for the foreign employment without informing her after she has been expelled from the house. She further said that her mother-in-law and father-in-law did not allow her to enter the house and she was beaten and abused. The INSEC representative met the accused and told them about the legal consequences of expelling her from the house and suggested they meet her demand. The couple had a love marriage two months before. On the same day, her parents-in-law agreed to register their marriage. After not meeting their demand, the victim had lodged a complaint at District Police Office on June 5. After the complaint both in-laws were ready to register the marriage on June 10 at District police office.
