Morang/July 1 Nilam Sah, 30, of Tintoliya in Biratnagar Sub-metropolis-13 has filed a complaint at the District Police Office on July 1 accusing her husband Dipendra Sah, 36, of threatening to kill her for dowry. SI Champa Bhujel of the Women and Children Centre in the District Police Office said that the victims stated in her complaint that Dipendra beat her on charge of not brining money from her home. She accused him of selling all her jewelries and 1.1 million rupees which was given to him by her parents. Earlier, the victim had filed a complaint at the DPO on May 3 accusing him of beating and mistreating her. A compromise was reached between the couple at that time. Father of the victim Ramwali Sah said that he provides money for upbringing of his grandchildren and Nilam after Dipendra did not take care of them. The accused denied the claim. He is a Computer Engineer at the Appellate Court in Biratnagar. Dipen Neupane मोरङ । ०७० असार १७ गते विराटनगर उमनपा-१३ तीनटोलियाकी ३० वर्षीया निलम साहलाई उनका पति ३६ वर्षीय दीपेन्द्र साहले दाइजो नल्याएको आरोपमा मार्ने धम्की दिएको भन्दै पीडितले जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयमा असार १७ गते उजुरी दिएकी छन् । उजुरीमा आरोपितले माइतीबाट पैसा नल्याएको भन्दै कुटपिट गरी मार्ने धम्की दिएको, आफ्ना गरगहनासमेत बेचेर सिध्याएको, विवाहमा दिएको ११ लाखसमेत मासेको उल्लेख गरेको जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय महिला तथा बालबालिका सेवा केन्द्रकी सई चम्पा भुजेलले बताइन् । पीडितले यसअघि पनि पतिले कुटपिट तथा दुर्व्यवहार गरेको भन्दै जेठ ३ गते जिल्ला प्रहरीमा उजुरी दिएकी थिइन् । सो उजुरीपछि सहमति भएको थियो । ज्वाइँले पत्नी, एक छोरा र एक जना छोरीको लालनपालन खर्च नदिएको कारण आफूले घरखर्च दिने गरेको पीडितका बाबु रामवली साहले बताए । पति घरमा भन्दा बढी बाहिर बस्ने भएकोले फोन गरेमा गालीगलौज गर्ने र घर आएको समयमा कुटपिट गर्ने गरेको बताइन् । आफूलाई बद्नाम गर्न आक्षेप लगाएको आरोपितले बताए । आरोपित पुनरावेदन अदालत विराटनगरका कम्प्युटर इञ्जिनियर हुन् । दीपेन नेउपाने
