There has been an explosion in Pharula of Darma rural municipality on November 19 in the premises of Janajyoti Secondary School. There has been no reported casualties in the explosion. CPN has taken the responsibility for the explosion. नेकपा सल्यानले दार्मा गाउँपालिकाको फारूलामा रेडबुलको खाली डिव्वामा विष्फोटक पदार्थ भरेर मङसिर ३ गते विष्फोट गराएका छन् । फारूलामा रहेको जनज्योती माविको प्राङ्गणमा सो विष्फोट गराइएको र कुनै मानवीय क्षति नभएको जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयका डिएसपी भरत बिकले जानकारी दिए ।
