An improvised explosive device (IED) exploded at Sadananda Municipality while the ballot boxes of the elections of House of Representatives and Provincial Assembly held on November 26 were being ferried to Bhojpur headquarters on Monday. The IED exploded at Nyaule forest, Salpasilicho in the northern part of the district. Bhojpur DSP Dipendra Panjiyar Tharu informed that the ballot boxes are being brought to the district headquarters safely. DSP Tharu further informed that security agencies are conducting investigation into the matter. Meanwhile, Chief District Officer Phanindra Dahal informed that ballot boxes from over 100 polling centres have been brought to the district headquarters and ballot boxes from Salpasilicho and Aamchok Rural Municipality will arrive by this evening. भोजपुर आइतबार मतदान सम्पन्न भएपछि मतपेटिका सदरमुकाम ल्याउँदै गर्दा भोजपुरमा मतपेटिका लक्षित गरी बम विष्फोट गराइएको छ । उत्तरी भोजपुरको साल्पासिलिछो गाउँपालिका अन्तर्गतका वडाहरुको मतपेटिका सदरमुकामतर्फ ल्याउने क्रममा षडानन्द नगरपालिकाको न्याउले जंगलमा सुतली बम विस्फोट गराइएको जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय, भोजपुरले जनाएको छ । विस्फोटबाट केहि क्षती नभएको र थप उच्च सुरक्षा शतर्कताका साथ थप अनुसन्धान गर्दै सुरक्षित साथ मतपेटिका ल्याउने क्रम जारी रहेको जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय भोजपुरका डिएसपी दिपेन्द्र पञ्जियार थारुले बताए । हालसम्म १ सय बढी मतदान केन्द्रका मेटपेटिका सदरमुकाम ल्याइसकिएको छ । साल्पासिलिछो र आमचोक गाउँपालिकाको मतपेटिका बेलुकीसम्म ल्याइसकिने प्रमुख जिल्ला अधिकारी फणिन्द्र दाहालले बताए ।
