Polling officer arrested with 50 ballot papers that were already stamped in 'tree'

Polling officer Arjun Bahadur Basnet, the resident of Tarkeshwar-2, was arrested with 50 papers, whereby the votes were cast in the tree.
Cadres of Left Alliance and locals found this and handed him to the police.
Police are currently taking him to Nuwakot.
However, Chief District Officer Birendra Yadav of Nuwakot said that Birendra didn't commit such a thing.
